We are giving away our last of three DiRT 3 copies for PC with a "guess the lap time" competition. Guess the lap time of our moderator Nick Brooke as he drove (and filmed) a lap around Alpine Stars Trophy Finland Course with a Peugeot 207 4WD.

Involve a lot of hours of brain think to correct Wheels, Skins and Physics (Gymhkama Physics It's not very handful in rally mode, the car tends to go fly away easily, too much power, too less Grip, Lighter Car, almost recommends maintain standard Physics, but sometimes, the game will Crash)

I totally agree with the OP. Dirt 3 is a big fail compared to Dirt2 by a long way. The graphics in Dirt 2 are stunning compared. In fact I think my RSRBR 2011 mod is better looking and handling too.

It can be fun to watch when you take a Gymhkana car up in Monte Carlo, but to Rally, its over powered, and tons of breaking early into the turn

Codemasters today unveiled DiRT 3 Complete Edition, a box set that includes DiRT 3 and $30 of additional content, available this March for X360, PS3 and PC.

DiRT 3 Complete Edition includes:

• The Monte Carlo Rally Pack – eight breathtaking Rally stages featuring dramatic climbs, descents and hairpins of snowy mountain roads. Race through the Alps and conquer the legendary Col de Turini pass.
• The X Games Asia Track Pack – four new routes set across two new tracks in Shibuya, the neon heart of central Tokyo, where spectacular mud-spattered Rallycross circuits weave beneath towering skyscrapers.

Codemasters remove a stack of content before launch & sell it as £20 of DLC then release a "complete" edition when sales dry up.

As much as I enjoy the Dirt series, this was the most blatant DLC rip off I can recall.

I am not a big fan of those DLC marketing packs either for the same reason as TJP pointed out. They first strip the full game to sell you the missing part later.

I will not be buying it

Codie's Marketing needs to pay reparations towards its customers who have bought the DLCs, or at least give the remaining DLCs not purchased.

These DLC are not not Expansion Packs like those games in 2000 or World or Warcraft or even Sims. These are small files like liveries. Even in their first teaser, they featured cars rallying thru Monte Carlo (0:40 timeline) just to sell the track separately

Even Shibuya is a rip from DiRT2, taking the best part, the jump.
