Safety Car by button

Hi everybody.
First: If my English is bad, that's because I'm German. ^^
Now my question:
I want to create a mod for F1 2011 (yes, 2011 ) that release the Safety Car just by pressing a button. But I don't know, where the files are located wich controlling the release of the Safety Car. Does anybody know where the files are? Or is it just not possible?
