RBR NEW WEATHER CONDITIONS DUSK/DAWN

RBR driving in the DUSK with adjustable headlights, the weather will go from DUSK to DAWN according to what ingame weather you choose foggy, rainy, heavy clould will show up as DUSK clear, part cloud, lightcloud will show as DAWN something to that effect
