Honestly I didn´t saw any advantage doing that compared to the drivers doing a normal line... just my opinion.

The thing about pitexit line came from a discussion between me and Göran when we practiced Hockenheim. We discussed if it was legal to drive over the exitline or not, hence the "Q" on the WAR section by the spokesman.

Ok. But why was the question posted after the race then with a video of drivers mostly only touching the white line a little. And like you said it was in WAR, where all of us spokesmen could see it.
