Hello, palo112.
I had the same thought as you have.
In recent Milestone SBK series, we can save 3 profiles. But in MotoGP 13, we seem to be able to save only 1 profile.
I think you already know this, we have to manage our savegame manually.

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Milestone\MotoGP13\Saves

I also hope Milestone will make it possible to save multiple profiles in the future update or in the next title
