Mine "etranslate.txt" is encoded in UTF-8, same as your original file (if this is the encoding you've mentioned).
Nevertheless, I would be thankful if you could have a look.

Regarding second reply, I've never been into programming (yet), thus I think I'll leave it alone for now.
I'll have your answer at the back of my head if I ever wanted to get back to this topic.

The error was because you used { before some words. Not {0}, just {

-ExtraTranslate.dll дообновлен под актуальную версию игры;
-В ExtraTranslate.dll добавлен перевод новых новостей телетекста;
-В папку Assets\ExtraTranslate добавлен файл etranslate_original.txt с оригинальным текстом для упрощения перевода на другие языки;
-Добавлено больше перевода для модов и коррекция старых фраз от Никиты Романова.
