MGP13 motogp 13 full screen

hi. i have stuttering/jerky chopy fps. on motogp 13 but only in full screen. windowd mode its all fine.
exact same stuttering as wrc 3 in full screen. im thinking its the same issue for both games as they seem to have the exact same video option select sreen for both games. maybe same game engine.
my comp is asus p5n-d motherboard. nvidia 560 gtx. ozc reaper x(4 gig) cpu Q6600. all other games i have runs fine full screen.. any help would be great. thanx.
