F1M23 How to add driver in the DB?

As you know if you want to add a driver in the database, his/her name has to be in the pool of names (Last/Forename Name Staff Table). If the name is not in the table, the name will not be displayed in game. I do not understand why but it works like that.

I'm searching a Way, a tool, a mod, something to avoid this issue.

Does someone knows how to solve it please?
