FVRRetogamers presents the Season 2023 Super 2-3 Series Skin Pack, incorporating Super 2 (ZB Commodore and Mustang GT - Gen 2) and Super 3 (FG-X Falcon, VF Commodore and Nissan Altima for RF2. This mod requires the FVR Factor 2020 RF2 Mod and the FVR Factor 2016 RF2 mod to run. Every round skin is included, round car icons and even race specific talent files. There are options to use "human" skins only, this allows the user to select which car and race specific liveries they wish to use...

Not sure if it's within your reach - expertise wise - but this would be even better if coupled with some materials corrections.
Not necessarily to replace with PBR materials, as that is significantly more involving, but to adjust old shaders to look better in the current graphics' engine/parameters.
For instance, disabling Albedo correction on the tyres will make them immediately look much better (darker).
And body panels, headlights and chrome parts also can be quickly tweaked to look "the part"...

The task was just to compile the skin pack and ensure all round skins, icons and talent files worked. The base mod created by FVR is not changed, other than a change to force the AI to use hard tyres. Effectively this is a skin pack only.

I've tried both install methods multiple times, following every letter of the how to install PDF, and none of it has worked for me, nothing shows up in vehicle selection with the option 1 install, and MAS2 won't package or install anything but the 2020 Holden update file
