Drivers with narrow chest

This is a problem I have found in many cars, which makes them hard to enjoy for me in VR. The problem is that the driver model looks like if his chest was too narrow and his arms were not correctly far apart from each other, so when the driver turns the wheel the arms animation is weird, like if the arms were crossing your neck and even interfering your view. Is this a problem with the car or the driver model? Can it be fixed by replacing the driver model for the affected cars?
