Dave's Gauges

hi all I have just installed the rbr mod collection v2.15. in the mod I have selected the binary Gauges by Dave. is it possible the make the gauge smaller if so how ? any help appreciated. thank you .

what i want to know is if you can change the location of the guages move them up down side to side and is there a way to switch the hot key to a different key then "DELETE"
