Cant assign keys or buttons

Just been playing and tried to use my wipers and there not working looked in the keys and buttons and its no longer assigned tried to add it and nothing tried to add a keyboard press and the same nothing

help please

Still cant assign a key in game but I managed to fix this by changing the controls.sii file in the profile
