Brake strength cap

Why is the strength of the brakes capped? In the settings it's usually capped at 100%, rarely at 200%.

In real life gas pedals go from 0 (no gas) to 100% (fully open). The brake pedal however goes from 0 N to as hard as you can push it, there is no upper limit. It's frustrating that I cannot bring the wheels to lock up under full braking pressure in most of the cars. Pushing the brakes to 100% or 150% doesn't make a difference so you end up stomping the brake as fast and hard as you can and then gradually lifting off as downforce is reduced and ABS engages. This is a very bad habit when applying it to driving cars in the real world.

Any way I can extend the brake force to way beyond 100% and increase the dynamic range of my brake pedal?
