iRacing AMG gt3 sounds fix

This is a second "update". I noticed an unusual sound while driving with the iRacing AMG gt3 sound pack and I thought it came from the sounds I had made, but it did not. I recommend you remove the file in:

GameData/sounds/weathertech_2022/sounds1/tw_onverylow

Removing the file will result in a more clear sound and will sound more like an AMG from iRacing.

NEW AMG SOUND PACK: iRacing AMG gt3!!

This is an update that adds a new sound pack using iRacing's AMG sounds! You will now have iRacing's AMG sounds to be used with Vasco Silvia's IMSA 2023 AMG gt3. This mod is a WIP but by far the best I have made. Hope you all enjoy! :)
