Use Ego ERP Archiver 5.1.2016.1230 to import both files in:

F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2016

Open incardriver and go to:
gen_01_helmet_d.tga
Replace here: Personal-Williams-helmet.dds (textures import)

When ask to save, go to:
D:\F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\character_package\drivers\male\unbranded_gen_01\textures

and select: gen_01_helmet_d.tga
now save.
you automaticle comes back to incardriver. Safe now to.

go to:
F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2016

Open incardriver and go to:
gen_01_helmet_s.tga
Replace here: Personal-Williams-helmet-chroom (textures import)

When ask to save, go to:
D:\F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\character_package\drivers\male\unbranded_gen_01\textures

and select: gen_01_helmet_s.tga
now save.
you automaticle comes back to incardriver. Safe now to.
