Quick pit spots fix

I forgot to update the previous version's pit spots after adding the tire barrier in the pits. This version contains new pit spots, as well as updated cover photo branding.

Small hotfix with timing gates

I just added some timing gates to prevent corner cutting. A similar update will be coming for Etown at some point.
