Miscellaneous changes to Aussie tracks 2024-04-02

Small changes done to some tracks that host V8 Supercars. They're all focused on curbs but also have some other changes as well (like asphalt textures, grass, adding normal maps, added shadows to objects, and other changes).

As always, don't install via CM, do it manually.
