Lewis Hamilton 2018 Helmet Template for My Team 1.1

Here is Lewis Hamiltons 2018 helmet for use in My Team career mode (As per request of @wezxty ). The request was without Lewis' logos however i have included a version with his logos aswell. Included is both manual and copy and paste install methods.

I am open to other requests if you have them.
