Fixed Ferrari Tire PSI and TEMP ADDED PIT LIMITER

- Added the blue background for the Tire PSI and TEMP values when they are under optimal PSI and Temp.
- Added the PIT INDICATOR when pit limiter is active.
- Added for my own use is a yellow flasher for the FUEL MIX. ACC decided to have MIX 3 as default instead of MIX 1.

Fixed "Diff" values on Ferrari

The values for the "Diff" green and red colors were incorrect. You will now see the green when you are -.01 seconds faster instead of -.1 seconds.
You will now see the red when you are .01 seconds slower instead of .1 seconds.

- Updated Lamborghini "Brake Bias Green Banner"

ACC v1.9 Car Dashes 2 v2.0

Updated 3 DLC cars to reflect Sim Hub Update V8.3.10.

- Removed Brake Bias offsets.
