if youre using steam, try running steam in offline mode, not had a single stutter, also cant save stage times but atleast i can enjoy driving for the 1st time in 6 months ha

The settings you show on the post process page are key. I also turn off motion blur. That combined with selecting 59hz has given me a very smooth play in HDR (triple 1440p), without having to make changes in the nvidia control panel.
