Base story:
In 2029 I have lifted the ban on tobacco sponsorship so unlike before when only Ferrari used Marlboro, now other teams can look for tobacco money also.
One of the teams that used that was Williams who were in poor situation for years...

In my universe, tobacco sponsorship is unbanned, but if you want I can update it with version that i made without tobacco sponsorhip. Instead of Rothmans it just says Williams Racing
