Upgrade/Tuning System

I was just wondering if an upgrade and tuning system like in FH5 would be possible, along with a option for target HP.

Oh god please no. NO. No car upgrades/tuning of any kind. AC2 is supposed to be a racing simulator, that means the focus should be on the kind of cars that you race (as opposed to just drive) and cars are recreated with highest possible level of realism. Also aside from that grinding more horsepower for your car is a gigantic waste of time when the alternative is that you could drive the car with full power from the start. Dirt Rally 2.0 for example has an extraordinarily moronic "upgrade" system where you need to spend a huge amount of time grinding power for your cars, game would be far better (and more real) without it
