Tracks installed via .exe?

I've seen a few tracks with an .exe as the install, once it installs how do I actually run the track if that's not a silly question?

I've only used the RX Content way, then selected Plugins to find my tracks.

At least in the CZ plugin, they will appear in the game menus within plugging section under Shakedown, etc
