rFactor Central Down?

Is rFactor central down?? I mean, since one month it dont let me download skins and dont appear the previews of the skins. Someone know if is my problem or if this will be something temporal?

It looks like it is dead, I'm interested why nobody writes about it.

When I try to go to http://rfactorcentral.com/list.cfm?cat=Cars&type=Touring it does not display and 504 Gateway Time-out error message. Has rFactor Central shut down since then?
