RENNSPORT: arrival of the Daytona Road Course circuit confirmed

RENNSPORT is not yet available to the general public as it is still in beta version ( go here to apply to participate), but apparently the development of the software continues, as can be seen from the ESL R1 championship. After the confirmation of Hockenheimring, Spa-Francorchamps, Nürburgring, Monza and Road Atlanta, the Daytona Road Course circuit was also announced today.

At the beginning of each year, the Daytona International Speedway hosts the 24 Hours of Daytona, one of the premier endurance events. The track is best known for hosting NASCAR and the Daytona 500 on its 2.5-mile tri-oval. The 3.56-mile road course uses most of the traditional NASCAR layout, as well as an infield section and chicane. A relatively simple layout, but it's a challenge that drivers look forward to every year.

The circuit is already present in the RENNSPORT beta and it will be possible to admire it in the R1 race at Daytona, with streaming on Thursday and Friday. In the ESL R1 championship the R8G Esports team almost has victory in their pocket, enjoying a strong advantage over Porsche Coanda.
