You run it from RSRBR, select the car and skin you want to use, and press Apply skin.
It also automatically saves the default skin, when you want to change it back.

The skin has to be in a folder, inside a zip archive, as explained in the first post.

/Skins/Alasdair_skin/Alasdair_skin.zip, and inside the zip are the .dds files.

Senad Subasic, the link I sent with the skins has the executable files (like when you download skins from the rallyesim forum) and not the folders. I made them with the Skin Wizard. Should I upload it all in folders as well or is it ok like that for you?

Yes, move it with Windows Explorer.

Made a mistake above, the correct path is
/Richard Burns Rally/Skins/your car/your skin/your skin.zip
and .dds files inside the zip file.

If you don't get it right the first time, it might not be worth the effort for just one skin. I shuffled dozens of them at a time, so it was very useful.
