I think it includes STCC cars too. Edit Sorry my mistake, it has included STCC cars in the past, but this particular race does not.

If I translate in a bad english, you mean begin accelerating while braking and releasing softly the brakes. I have just 2 pedals, so I use both feet for brake and throttle, so ... no problem to do it, just a little concentration at the beginning to get used to it.

Begin accelerating ( a little ) JUST before you release the brakes
