F1 2020 Question on how to find and download 70th anniversary DLC

Hi, it seems like all of the helmet mods and some of the car livery mods are based on the 70th anniversary DLC, and i cant find the DLC anywhere.

I looked through steam, some websites and many more but i couldnt find it.

If anyone has the files for that or know any way to find and download the DLC. Please let me know.
