No it's a script for quickbms that extracts the pak files, I found the link

Found the AI Performance file: motogp20> Content> assets> data> Gameplay> AI> Skills> AiSkills.uexp.
Yeah same place it was last year then, still uneditable I assume. I could do some stuff with it last year but I couldn’t make any sense of the outcomes. I’m trying a different tactic this year though
