There are a lot of fantastic mods to sort through, however with the age of the game and RD being a long-standing hub, sorting by 'user rating' or 'downloads' isn't quite what it once was - many high-quality mods from the past year or two being buried simply by the fact that others have been present on the site for longer.
im not saying that the first pages of each sub-section aren't filled with beautiful work, rather that once those have been gone through it's unnecessarily difficult to find newer mods or newly-updated mods the community enjoys that take advantage of the latest features of the games or their game-changing 3rd party features such as CM / CSP for assetto corsa.
to make it easier to find up-to-date, quality mods based on community rating and downloads, an additional sorting option allowing the results to be filtered by year-ranges, for both upload date or update date, would make a huge difference.
