This is a livery that I have made for the FOM on which I have recreated the Mercedes 2022 W13 livery as close as possible. All the sponsors on the livery are from Mercedes.

You can try reinstalling the livery maybe some mods that you have installed previously are messing with the livery or try to install it manualy.
