Left and Right hand drive versions of all cars. (if available in reality)

I love AC, but what would make it great would be if each car could be selectable as left or right hand drive. but only if this is a real option in the real cars. as a UK driver I always run my gear shift on the left hand, and it would be great if this could match for more cars.

Its not a huge thing but It would really help immersion for me. I realise this might not be practical but you don't get if you don't ask. ;-)
