After a successful 1973 season, and with Renault's eyes now turned to endurance racing and formula one, it was now time for the A110 to slowly wave goodbye to the international rally scene... although not without Jean-Pierre Nicolas achieving one last major victory at the 1974 "Rallye du Maroc" (Moroccan rally), aboard the vehicle depicted here.
He was accompanied for the occasion by Belgian co-driver Christian Delferrier.
