General It bothers me with the change car screen defaulted full-screen

Pretty sure you can drag the car view window to make it smaller. Move the mouse around, find the spot, click and drag.

I TRIED, BUT I CANCEL AND IT KEEPS REVERTING BACK!!

What version of content manager are you using? I just tested it and it works fine (clicking and dragging the window) for me. Version: 0.8.2561.39678 (x86) the full version from itch. io)
