F1 2013 is f1 2013 not available in steam?

im trying to find f1 2013 on steam but its not there, is it not available in some countries or if its not available in steam where can i get/buy it?

Its licence expired in 2017 and was never relicensed again, it seems.
Maybe you can find the key from a key seller, the game itself exists in steam database - but you cannot purchase it at steam any longer.
