We are not manually changing usernames anymore on RD as the userbase has simply become to large and this would become a day job. (Not to mention a few members like to change their names more often than their underwear, I did't say that
).
Changing a username has been a feature for premium members (upgrade here) and they can change their name once every 30 days via their account details page.
