G27 degrees of rotation issue

Hey guys, so I've been playing AC on and off for a couple of years now, always on my Logitech G27 wheel with Logitech Profiler installed and degrees of rotation set to 900. Recently I have had some time to play again and I am encountering an annoying issue. When a race loads up it seems to be random whether I have the correct steering lock or a much smaller degrees of rotation. I have had the issue before where Logitech Profiler was seeing the wheel as a Driving Force Pro wheel (which I guess has less d.o.r) but when this issue happens now, the profiler is definitely recognising the wheel as a G27. I have tried reinstalling the wheel and the profiler but it doesn't help. If anyone has some advice for me it would be greatly appreciated as it is very frustrating! I basically have to repeatedly load a session until it happens to load with the correct d.o.r.
