Free voice modulation software?

I am searching for a software, that modulates speech while recording. The purpose would be to have self-created Youtube videos where I speak with a voice like over a radio.

So far, I could not find any good and free software. I don't want to use it professionally, only just for fun for some friends of mine, that's it already. It needs to run on Windows, free of charge and at best usable immediately after installing without big configurations.

Any suggestions?
