are these 7zip or WINRAR files? I cannot get them to open with either application, WINRAR says they are corrupted and 7zip says there is nothing there...strange

On my install the gearing for the Mustang is very short even with the final setting at its longest. It's already in 4th and in the red after 100 meters.
Am I missing something, or does it need fixing?
