F1 2010 Flags And Penalties

Has anyone noticed that the judges in the game are a miserable shower i get flagged and penalised for everything i get time penalties for drivers shunting the back of my car corner cutting when all im doing is clipping the apex is anyone else having this problem or is it just a bug in my game or are the judges just picking on me

i read in a post somewhere else this is happening to others i i have the same issue someone suggested turning the rules down a notch to make it less penalty heavy. not tried it myself yet

is the mod only available for pc players though because im on the 360

I play with reduced penalties honestly I take the kerb on Abu Dhabi hairpin? Warning take inside kerb? Warning or or penalty
