F1 2013 F1 2013 modding help

So, I'm modifying the Toro Rosso team completely to a new team, I need help changing the display picture shown when choosing a team. (like in the image) I need help finding this file so I can edit the image. I'm fine with database changes. Thanks in advance for any help!

You will also need to edit .dds files. This can be done with a Photoshop plugin.
