Discord anti-spam filter not working

The only channels that are enabled are the premium sharing/voice channels.

When I click the racecar icon the count goes from 7 to 8 but nothing happens then the count goes back to 7. The new channels/roles do not appear.

I tried enabling DMs and removing/adding the discord but it's still the same, the anti-spam racecar reaction doesn't enable channels for me when I click it.

Yes, I think they are the only active channels now, but @Bram Hengeveld will be able to confirm. Spam had been an issue and we didn't have the capacity to police the Discord server all of the time.
I can confirm though that your account does have Premium status on the Discord side, so the association/connection is working.

That's correct. Until there is a proper plan for discord the voice and premium channels are the only ones that will be used.

Might be worth updating the text on that intro message to say clicking the car won't do anything. Otherwise people waste time trying to figure out why it's not working.

Gotta love Discord*. I just learned that nobody can edit messages on Discord except their author...
(*OK I'm lying; I despise Discord)
