I will just echo what everyone else has said first of all. The only other thing is to echo what Marcilio has said these files do not seem to be available anymore, is there any chance that someone can point to a link where we might find them.

OR

If anyone has them or at least a PS template for the Lotus I could simply work with that.

I hope this forum is still active, because it seems like a good one.
