Can't join server?

So, i just signed up and well i'm trying to join the server but i can't because it's PW protected :/

And if i try to go to the Password section it says i'm not allowed to watch it? anyone help? i'm new so

Hello, you need a licence to go on Rd servers
they can be found HERE CLICK ME
fill in the form and in a couple of days you should have a licence and the password to the servers and T/speak
