Bought as new but....

Hi bought a T300rs wheel from Box and on opening the outer packaging then see the contents box has clearly been open and 1 item wasn't in a protective sleeve and can see someones finger prints on the wheel, Everything else is fine but should I send it back or get some kind of refund considering it ain't new is it?

I'd make some pictures first, mail them and send it back. I would not accept a refurbished or second hand item sold to me as new.

Do what suits you.

IF the exhanged item return doesn't cost you money and you are confident doing business with the vendor, that could be a fine option to get a true new item.

On the other hand, IF the wheel is otherwise as new (functions properly, etc.) and the vendor will knock 10-15% off the price, AND you are OK with that adjustment, that could also be an option.

"Brand New" or "As New", there is difference between these grades. In any case, working with resellers is the only thing you can and should do, most likely you've got someone's return.

Brand new supposed to be, love the wheel , oh not too hear a rattle after being a logitech user for so long , will contact their Live Chat, see what they say, a reduction in price would suit me .
