3D ROute Builder can't connect to web for height data

Hallo!
I am following this tutorial, for track building with real height data for BTB.

Making a Rally Stage with height data in BTB.. - SIMTrackipedia

simtrackipedia.wikidot.com simtrackipedia.wikidot.com
but problem is my 3DrouteBuilder when i pres EDIT, pops out message, that 3DRB must be conected to enthernet.
Does anyone had this problem before?
