which team gets which numbers? we should set them before first race to prevent teams from using the same number.
my idea: teams who raced in the last stc season get the first numbers, the higher up you were on grid the lower the number, so Flatout having signed up, they'll be awarded #01 and #02, followed by teams who participated in any other stc season, followed by all the new teams by alphabetical order.
