I want to cancel my monthly subscription. I did it on your website. I don't have such a subscription on the PayPal website. Will it renew in a month?

I started a monthly subscription in November. I immediately wanted to cancel it, but my PayPal site didn't have this automatic payment. I thought unsubscribing was effective. Unfortunately another monthly fee was charged yesterday. After talking to PayPal support, I found out that this subscription is not on my PayPal account, only on a temporary, guest account. You cannot log in to such an account. Such action on your part is illegal because it deprives me of the ability to easily cancel the payment. I have already contacted you regarding this matter and have not been informed what needs to be done to cancel the fee. Therefore, I am asking for a refund of the monthly fee.

For sure you'll get a refund. However, I'm slightly confused, because the link in Bram's reply to you (above) seems to set out precisely what you need to do. Did you read it yet? (It advises people without PayPal accounts to use the "contact us" button.)
