Looking for suggestions for sim, car and track combo to woo first timer.

Hi

I would be really grateful for car and track suggestions that will blow my friend away when he visits to try out VR for the first time and my new DD wheel. He is a non gamer but loves fast cars. (He said he "wants something fast") I have most of the sims plus DLC and don't mind buying another if it will REALLY impress. Not iRacing though!
The ffb must be immersive too. Rally combos too?

Any suggestions gratefully received.
