the last one is modern garage...
here
the porsche is in racer garage, in the default installation of racer, look for folder garage1...

@sti228 The first 3 screenshots you posted are private works of mine. The first screenshot is of a warehouse that I converted from the Sketchup library, the map in the second screenshot isn't a track at all, but a studio for screenshots, and the third screenshot was just a poor retexture of Modern Garage. I might release the warehouse if I get permission, but the other two tracks will most likely remain private.
